1.1 Welcome to Kaz Worldwide Travel. We are committed to providing you with high-quality travel and tour services. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the travel booking services (the "Services") provided by Kaz Worldwide Travel, a limited liability company registered in England and Wales with company number 07735478 and having its registered office at 105 The Broadway, Southall UB1 1LN.

1.2 By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and the Terms of Service, which form the content of the contract between you and Kaz Worldwide Travel. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Services. These terms of service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement or the Terms of Service, you must not use the Services.

1.3 Kaz Worldwide Travel is a UK-based travel agency company. Kaz Worldwide Travel and associated companies, and references in this document to “us,” “our,” and “we” refer to Kaz Worldwide Travel, Kaz Travel, and our website Kaztravel.co.uk. We act as an agent or sub-agent in providing travel-related services and products to you.

1.4 All bookings and transactions through Kaz Worldwide Travel require the individual making the booking to be 18 years or older.


2. Booking Process

2.1 Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. By booking with us, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any accompanying travelers. The lead passenger is responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete. The lead passenger must ensure that all passengers in the booking are aware of these terms and conditions.

2.2 Bookings require confirmation through payment. Payment requirements vary depending on the type of booking and supplier terms. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer, with no additional fees for these payment methods. Business and corporate cards are accepted, subject to approval and a booking fee of 3%.

2.3 For bookings made online, customer service is available exclusively via phone, email, or online channels. In-office support is not provided for these bookings.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments

3.1 Deposits are determined by the specific terms of the ticket or product at the time of booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated during the booking process.

3.2 Balance payments must be cleared 10 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation or a penalty fee of £50.00 per person. If payment is made after the due date, it could result in the forfeiture of any deposit or incurrence of additional fees.


4. Group Bookings

4.1 Group bookings can be made by a lead passenger or an authorized representative. We require comprehensive information, including full names and contact information of all passengers, travel dates, and any special requests. Group bookings are confirmed once the deposit payment or full payment is received. A group booking confirmation will be sent to the lead passenger, including all relevant booking details such as itinerary and payment schedule.

4.2 Changes to group bookings may incur fees, depending on the supplier's terms and conditions. We will inform you of any fees at the time of change. If you need to cancel a group booking, please contact us immediately. Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are dependent on specific circumstances. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation fees. The lead passenger or authorized representative is responsible for communicating all booking details and changes to the group members and ensuring compliance with these terms and conditions.


5. Payments

5.1 We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. There may be a booking fee of 1% added at the time of booking for all credit card and debit card payments. Business and corporate cards are accepted, subject to approval and a booking fee of 3%. Deposit requirements are communicated at the time of booking. Balance payments must be cleared 10 days prior to departure. Failure to make payment after the due date may result in cancellation or a penalty fee of £50.00 per person.

5.2 Refunds can take 5-12 weeks to process. Fully refundable tickets will incur a £50.00 administration fee per person. Any tax refunds on non-refundable tickets will be issued as credit with Kaz Worldwide Travel, valid for 12 months.


6. Flights & Baggage

6.1 Baggage allowances and restrictions vary by airline and may change without notice. You are responsible for complying with all airline baggage restrictions, including size and weight limits. Any excess baggage fees are the passenger's responsibility and are payable directly to the airline. We are not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate travel insurance is in place to cover any associated losses or expenses.

6.2 Airlines reserve the right to change flight schedules without notice. It is your responsibility to check your flight schedule and timings with the airline directly prior to departure. Ensure you check in as per the airline's policy to avoid denied boarding. We cannot guarantee specific seat assignments, as they are allocated by the airline. We will request your seating preferences but cannot ensure they will be met.

6.3 Failure to check in or board your flight as scheduled may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Please check the ticket terms regarding no-show policies.


7. Accommodation

7.1 Accommodation bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred accommodations. Changes to accommodation bookings may incur fees or penalties, which will be communicated at the time of the change request.

7.2 Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are dependent on the specific accommodation booked. We will advise you of any applicable cancellation fees or penalties. Check-in and check-out times may vary by hotel and are subject to change without notice. Confirm with the hotel directly for their specific policies. Additional charges such as resort fees, taxes, or fees for extra services or amenities may apply and are payable directly to the hotel.


8. Transfers

8.1 We offer a range of transfer services, including airport transfers and transportation to and from travel destinations. Transfers are subject to availability, and we recommend booking early to ensure availability. Changes to transfer bookings may incur fees depending on supplier terms. Cancellation policies vary, and we will advise you of any applicable fees or penalties at the time of the request.

8.2 Additional charges, such as tolls or fees for extra services, may apply and are payable directly to the transfer supplier. For private transfer bookings, the location where the driver will meet you will be provided. Please ensure accurate contact details are provided to receive notifications from the transfer supplier. Instructions for shared transfers will be provided upon booking. Follow all instructions to ensure a smooth transfer experience.


9. Pricing and Errors

9.1 Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the price and details related to your travel arrangements at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in advertised prices prior to booking confirmation. We pass on supplier terms and conditions to you, and we accept no liability for changes or actions taken by suppliers. We will notify you of any changes affecting your booking.


10. Changes & Cancellations

10.1 If you need to make changes to your travel arrangements, such as flight dates or hotel bookings, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may incur fees or penalties, depending on supplier terms. We will inform you of applicable fees at the time of the request. One free date change is permitted after departure, subject to availability and airline policies.

10.2 Same-day changes made during business hours may be possible, subject to availability and potential price changes. An administrative fee of £50.00 per person may apply. If you need to cancel your travel arrangements, please contact us immediately. Cancellation policies vary and are subject to supplier terms. We will inform you of any applicable fees or penalties.

10.3 Some travel services may be non-refundable, and no changes or cancellations are permitted after the scheduled departure time. Kaz Worldwide Travel is not responsible for any inability to travel due to illness, death, or loss of documents. If you modify travel arrangements directly with the supplier, Kaz Worldwide Travel is not responsible for any issues that may arise.


11. Travel Documents

11.1 It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. Check with relevant embassies or consulates for entry requirements for your destination. Kaz Worldwide Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

11.2 We strongly recommend checking travel documents well in advance of your trip to ensure they are valid and up-to-date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for assistance.


12. Travel Insurance

12.1 We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself and your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other issues.

12.2 Kaz Worldwide Travel does not sell travel insurance directly but can provide information on various options. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms of any policy you purchase. Ensure you have adequate coverage for your trip, as Kaz Worldwide Travel is not responsible for any losses or expenses resulting from inadequate insurance coverage.


13. Service Charge

13.1 In addition to fees and charges imposed by suppliers, Kaz Worldwide Travel may charge a service fee for the services provided. The service fee covers booking and advisory services, itinerary planning, special requests, and assistance with changes or cancellations.

13.2 The service fee is non-refundable and varies based on the complexity of the booking and the time and effort required to arrange the services.


14. Special Requests

14.1 We strive to accommodate special requests, such as dietary requirements, seating preferences, or accessibility needs. Please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to meet your needs. Some requests may be subject to availability and additional fees.

14.2 We will advise you of any applicable fees at the time of the request. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee they will be met.


15. Pregnancy Note

15.1 If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor to ensure you are fit to travel. Airline regulations may require medical certification for travel beyond a certain stage of pregnancy. Please notify us of your pregnancy at the time of booking or as soon as possible to allow us to make necessary arrangements.

15.2 Some travel services may have additional restrictions for pregnant travelers. Please check the specific terms of your travel arrangements and notify us of any special requirements.


16. Refund Policy

16.1 If you need to cancel your travel arrangements, please contact us immediately. Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are dependent on specific circumstances. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation fees or penalties at the time of the request.

16.2 If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. A service fee of £50.00 per passenger applies to fully refundable tickets.

16.3 Refund processing times may vary, typically taking 5-12 weeks. Tax refunds on non-refundable bookings will be credited with Kaz Worldwide Travel, valid for 12 months.


17. Third-Party Suppliers

17.1 Kaz Worldwide Travel acts as an agent or sub-agent for third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transfer services. We pass on supplier terms and conditions to you and accept no liability for changes or actions taken by suppliers.

17.2 We will notify you of any changes affecting your booking and assist you in finding alternative arrangements if necessary.


18. ATOL Protection

18.1 Some bookings made with suppliers may be ATOL protected. You will receive an ATOL Certificate if your booking is protected. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking is not protected.

18.2 Flight-only bookings with full payment are generally not ATOL protected. Please review the terms of your booking to determine ATOL protection status.


19. IATA Accreditation

19.1 Kaz Worldwide Travel is IATA accredited, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism in our travel arrangements.


20. Limitation of Liability

20.1 Kaz Worldwide Travel is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

20.2 We accept no responsibility for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or industrial action.


21. Complaints

21.1 If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will inform you of our progress and provide an expected timeline for resolution.

21.2 If your complaint relates to a third-party supplier, we encourage you to contact the supplier directly. If you are not satisfied with their response, we will assist you in resolving the matter. Compensation or resolution will be at the supplier's discretion.


22. Refunds for Delays or Cancellations

22.1 In the event of travel delays or cancellations not caused by the customer, Kaz Worldwide Travel will work with the relevant suppliers to arrange refunds or alternative arrangements where possible.

22.2 Refunds for delays or cancellations will be processed in accordance with the supplier's terms and conditions. We will inform you of any applicable refund processes and expected timelines once they are confirmed by the supplier.

22.3 Kaz Worldwide Travel will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer due to delays or cancellations not caused by us, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, or transport.


23. Other Contractual Obligations

23.1 The reproduction of website content is prohibited without the express permission of Kaz Worldwide Travel. For permission requests, please contact us at info@kaztravel.co.uk.

23.2 Third parties are permitted to link to our website, provided they do not imply any endorsement or association with Kaz Worldwide Travel without prior approval.

23.3 All trademarks and intellectual property on our website are owned by Kaz Worldwide Travel and may not be used without our permission.


24. Special Circumstances

24.1 In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or industrial action, we will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee alternative arrangements or compensation.


25. Your Declaration

25.1 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and accept all the rights and obligations outlined in this agreement. This agreement applies to all bookings made online, through the website, in person, over the phone, or via email.

25.2 You further declare that you have carefully read and understood all the provisions of this agreement and that you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice if you so choose and that you have not been coerced or pressured in any way to accept these terms and conditions.

25.3 If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the Kaz Worldwide Travel website or engage in any activities related to the company.
